V A needs to do a better job of taking care of military personnel, if they keep screwing things up, those that were thinking of joining will change their minds, and the military forces will decline Maj Robert Thornton

I don't understand the connection you're making. The VA has nothing to do with military personnel. They work with vets, not servicemembers.

The good news is that medical bills will soon not be on credit reports. The bad news is why did TRICARE turn this over to collections.
