SGT (Join to see) He has Skated All His Life! Time to Pay the Piper. If we Truly are a "Law and Order" Country, He will be Prosecuted. If Not it doesn't bode well for Democracy in this Country!

Absolutely he should be prosecuted. If the average citizen was implicated like he has been, then they would have to face a judge/jury.

For any common man the question isn't whether he or she will be prosecuted, but is the extent of his or her sentence sufficient to make the event the example and to set the precedent for such future actions.

However, here we are discussing Donald J. Trump, a billionaire and the former POTUS, who ain't by a longshot a common man. This is why we are asking whether this rich and famous personality will be prosecuted for his actions that essayed the January 6th, 2020 attack on Capitol Hill, the legislature and seat of Democracy.

Why do we discriminate? Whether former President and richest American citizen, Trump must be prosecuted if there is sufficient evidence to prove his culpability in the case, like other citizens without clout or riches. The law must be same for all, irrespective of position, title or clout; if the glove fits then, Prosecution is the right approach.
