Reason #783 the Jan 6 hearings are worthless. They allow hearsay evidence. The aide testified to what she was told. In the circumstances here, that is not admissable in any court. But it is just fine in the "totally fair and non-biased non-partisan" hearings. The fact that what the aide was supposedly told was evidently completely bogus is irrelevant. The fact that there is no opportunity for cross examination is completely irrelevant. All that matters is that we get it into the record.
