Good afternoon Chuck! You are 100% right. About a year after I retired, I learned 3 of my people retired early and my biologist took a voluntary demotion to a completely different department that isn't even under the same leadership. I tried to warn my supervisor about who he selected as a replacement, but he wouldn't listen to me. I feel bad for the people that are left.
