By Mail
Fill out your absentee ballot and mail the completed ballot to:
Board of Election Commissioners
300 N. Tucker Blvd.

In Person
Absentee voting at the Election Board begins 6 weeks before each election at 8:00 A.M. and ends at 5:00 P.M. on the Monday before each election.
Bring an acceptable form of identification [http://www.sos.mo.gov] with you to cast your ballot at the Board office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
