As a parent, I've had my fair share of worries about this too.
I remember when my son started high school, and suddenly, vaping seemed to be everywhere. It's tough to know what restrictions are necessary to keep our kids safe.
Personally, I believe federal agencies should play a significant role in regulating e-cigarettes. We need strict guidelines to protect our youth from the potential harms of vaping.
Also, I've been exploring alternative options like using the vaporizer https://www.red-vape.ch/e-zigaretten-shop/oel-verdampfer-und-vaporizer-kaufen for CBD. It's a safer way to enjoy vaping without the risks associated with nicotine.

"Will e-cigarettes ever be allowed by the FDA?
Though e-cigarette products have been allowed to remain on the market for years, in 2020, the FDA asked the companies to submit applications to keep products on the market. The FDA said Thursday that the tobacco-flavored Logic Technology products probably benefit adult smokers, serving as an alternative to traditional cigarettes."

I use the JUUL vape.... Never great to respirate anything into the lungs, but far better than cigarettes. What I find strange is how they are so focused on JUUL and not other e-cigarettes. Correct me if I am wrong, but the legal actions being taken hit JUUL specifically.
