I Was Looking Through These & Laughing My Butt Off, But I Was Also Looking For Another I'd Previously Seen... Although Not Recalling The Individual's Name, The Stone Read:
"SEE, I TOLD You This Was Gonna Happen"!

There are some good ones. I like what the Duke didn't get: "Wayne wanted his tombstone to read “Feo, Fuerte y Formal,” which translates to “Ugly, Strong, and Dignified.”" His family didn't give it to him.

It Was The Attitude Of John Wayne's Characters Which Were Absolutely The Best.
I Just Like Telling People:
"I'm Like John Wayne, I Don't Take Any Shit Off The Indians."
And, Quite Honestly, I Never Have. ... I've Spent Most Of My Adult Life In The Printing Business Or Management Positions For Other Companies.
As I Jokingly Told One Of My Former Supervisors At F.M.C, Before I Became It's Department Director, "I Don't HAVE Ulcers, I GIVE' Ulcers"
It's A Shame That John Wayne Didn't Have The Lines He Wanted Engraved On His Head Stone, “Feo, Fuerte y Formal,”, It Would Have Been A Great Legacy For Him To Have Given The World.!!
He Was Such A Cool Guy, Always Standing Tall,! I'm Surprised He Didn't Give Any Of His 'Sons His Name, How'd Ya Like To Walk Into A Bar & Introduce Yourself:
" Hi, Good To Meet You, My Names John; John Wayne."...
I Somewhat Got A Little Chuckle That You Translated “Feo, Fuerte y Formal,” For Me.
Having Lived In Central America And Attended School At El Instituto Pan-Americano,
In The Republic Of Panama, My Spanish Skills Are Relatively Good Yet.....LOL...
But Thanks Just The Same.
