I mean…I think he’s probably guilty of just about every crime a person can commit, but it’s in the best interests of the country to unseal the warrant as soon as possible, provided it can be redacted in such a way as to not compromise the investigation
CPT Jack Durish
As I said, fear Trump

CPT Jack Durish eh it’s not about that. An action of this…magnitude…requires as much transparency as possible. No one is above the law, but we’ve also never seen this happen before. The reasoning had better be good
Hey, whatever distracts everyone from Hillary (and her followers') federal indictments. Lol. You tend to get indicted when sufficient enough evidence is presented to solidify an accusation. ..like forensic audits for instance.
The constitution was ratified in 1788-89 by people who were hell-bent on plundering their way to power.
I know the police around here are not stupid enough nor corrupt enough to perform a warrantless search, much less a no-knock raid. If there is an investigation going on against me behind my back then the intent of the investigators (who investigate and clear themselves of any wrong doing) and I would see the warrant as them bringing the case to my attention. Otherwise, it is just a show of force and coercion with the goal to fish for information and you are in no way lawfully or morally obligated to help anyone in the investigation of yourself.
This perversion of due process in the rule of law is precisely what is wrong with this country.

"...heii bent on plundering their way to power." Do tell. Who all did that after ratifying the Constitution?

CPT Jack Durish - Do you want me to explain both the timeline and the legal process to you? I'm happy to do so.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I wouldn't presume to impose on your precious time. Your original response seems to imply that you can't be bothered (as usual). It also tends to indicate that you didn't read my posting with any critical thought. You appear to assume what I mean rather than allowing my words to speak for themselves (again, as usual). Thus, I wish you well and a happy weekend
