What the heck does inflation have to do with participating in a debate? Oh wait Herschel probably thought it had to do with footballs as well.

You really have to be some kind of Leftist to bring up Herschel Walker in an article about how inflation driving up interest rates is pricing many people out of buying a home. Mr. Walker is a very good man.

It is going to be like this for another two and a half years, at least. Over half of our country voted for a move to socialism and now we have it. Is this a good thing?

Maybe even longer as things might change because jf will depend on who is elected in both the House and Senate?

All we need to remember is that Socialist, Marxism in general, always have their people if not in poverty, next to it. Historically all government have done a terrible job of distributing the wealth of its country. No one can guarantee equality of outcome, only equal opportunity to excel if one wants to.

SFC David Reid, M.S, PHR, SHRM-CP, DTM - It's interesting you say that. The phrase that almost killed our space program was: "We can put a man on the moon, but we still have hungry people", or words to that effect. So shortly after that period we spent massive amounts of money on welfare and other programs to help the poor. What were the results? The poor is still with us. There is never enough. This is the way of the world.
