I have read that if you drink more than 4 cups a day you have 50% less chance of colon cancer and a 25% less chance of a stroke. I have to remind my doctor every time I see him. I can drink 12 cups and my BP will be around 118/68

Maj Robert Thornton - I carry a metal cup of 20oz everywhere I go. Drink it all day. The only water I drink is Arrowhead from Texas, no city water or other brands. Organic milk or goat's milk.
