Is your pharmacy leaving the Tricare network in a few days?

With just days before 15,000 community and independent pharmacies will leave the Tricare retail pharmacy network, questions remain about the impact on patients’ ability to get their medications.
Other changes, coming with the new year, will affect those who rely on specialty medications for chronic, complex conditions such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and other diseases.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Thankfully I lived near a VA medical facility so mine are sent directly to me from the VA pharmacy.

Every year pharmacies are added and taken off Tricare based on new contractual agreements. I wish I could tell you how many times we had them added or taken out of our network where I worked. I have no idea how often, suffice it to say it was often
