Hopefully these people learned two things:
First: Solar and Wind Energy are no able to be primary energy sources and probably never will be.
Second: You can't win a war (with Russia) by trying to destroy a country's economy. You would think these people would have looked at North Korea and Cuba as prime examples that Communists don't care about their people.
Third: Hopefully they learned a third lesson to make decisions based and facts, not how you hope the world will be. Policy matters.
Fourth: They will always get what they vote for. They are protecting against themselves.

People are going to freeze and go hungry this winter. And the politicians do not care.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Why should they? What's a couple extra hundred dollars a month to heat their homes compared to the working family who is already struggling to put food on the table and a roof over their heads? It's going to be a slim Christmas this year for many families.
