“Yesterday, 14 generators donated by Spain went to Ukraine to meet the needs caused by the unfair and unjustified (Russian) attacks on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure,” he (Jose Manuel Albareza, Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs) said.
