I'm not certain that the Russians care overly much about those killed. Obviously they care more than the Chinese, but it was Stalin who observed "one death is a tragedy, a million a statistic." No, Putin is far more concerned about losing the war. Even then, though, he is likely not to troubled. He's done a fine job of culling out potential strong men who might oppose him. Without such a leader, the people will grumble, but a coupe is unlikely.

I don't think Putin will be around to see the end of his war. I believe he will be dead from disease before that day comes.

He may have some strange affliction that he's been hiding and it's not from someone giving him radioactive tea like he's done to some of his spies that went to the West. That would be funny if someone gave him cesium 137 LOL...

I didn't know this guy was assistant Secretary of Defense as well as a former Delta Force to start general. So he knows what's going on. I'm sure him and other generals on Fox News belong to organizations that give them reliable Intel that many of us don't know about.
