More on the SCOTUS case being heard today on the NC redistricting map.
I don't know how it will end, though I had a a thought that what's happening here is that we are asking Judges to rule on whether other Judge's rulings have any merit.

But many have very partisan views than override their promise to uphold the Constitution

SGT (Join to see) Congress’s duty is to enact laws and regulations. The President and other various appointees, (EPA), are not constitutionally empowered to enact laws!
