So did I, but what would you want to see incorporated in the new vehicle? (e.g., better hull protection, RPG countermeasure similar to Trophy, increased horsepower/distance, lower signature, internal microwave to warm you hot pockets)

$$ would be better spent on ADA protection in case the USAF can not provide total air superiority as well as drone and surface to surface missile attack….like we see in Ukraine now. Javelin and Stinger stocks are danger low as well.
Industry??? …well hell yea they want the contracts that will take years of R&D and development with a better than good chance will later be cancelled…….$$$$$$$$$

I think something like Trophy would be perfect for the ground countermeasure, why not develop a weapon system that can kill tanks and planes (across between stinger and Javelins/TOWs) Great idea.
