It is critical that Biden be investigated since his actions are grossly inappropriate.

It is sad the President Biden pushed the DOJ to make creative criminal charges in what has historically been a civil matter on classification matters. He changed the rules to the dance, and it appears it will be time to pay the piper. The part that gets me is when the President says he doesn't remember the classified documents. My gosh, if he can't remember that, should he be in a position of responsibility?

Trump can still be prosecuted, especially for obstruction.

Um how about we just stop electing 70+ year old men? Like - there needs to be an age limit like there's an age minimum to run. If you can't run until you're 35 for POTUS, then you shouldn't be able to run if you're over 65, maybe 60. I know that takes adding an amendment but still..

Special prosecutors can be used to attack "and" defend. Trump's is to attack. Biden's is to defend. We will see what happens. Pass the peanuts.

And I'd argue both need to better understand when it is time to attack or defend (i.e. pick your battles). Both have issues on the extreme end with this ability.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin - President Biden's Administration has a tiger by the tail. Maybe not. It pushed the DOJ and others to creatively create criminal charges in what has historically been a civil matter from what I have read. It appears the DOJ put the hammer down on Trump after he knew there was something on Biden. Maybe he thought, I can get rid of (destroy) both with these criminal charges.

The big question is do we want the DOJ, FBI, and CIA in charge of the Executive Branch?
