It's always nice to know the back stories of history. 1979 seems like 2 lifetimes ago now. I was a junior at Capitol Campus (what is now known as Penn State Harrisburg).

SFC (Join to see) I was in high school my Junior and Senior year and the hos just didn't come home until after President Reagan was sworn in January 20th, 1981. They knew President Reagan was tough and not wimpy across to Mr Rogers and Mr Magoo like President Biden is.

I like how top gun Maverick made the Iranians the bad guys because I ran as the only country that has flying f-14s. We purposely put all our f-14s out of service so they couldn't get their spare parts and they're also too expensive to fly even though I believe it's an awesome fighter plane and we believe Iran has at least 20 operational Tomcats left.
