It's not a good move...reserves are reserves for a reason...To be used if we are cut off from our own pipelines or lack thereof or in time of war...not for political gain.

The thing is he is not a one man wrecking crew. He doesn’t know what day it is, what he had for breakfast by lunch or even know where he is at times. This is work done by the deep state Democratic party that is actually pulling the strings. We are run by a corrupt shadow government no better than a Banana Republic.
