No, I disagree Lt Col Charlie Brown, first he should be in prison, since he lied to Congress. My question would be, does Congress have the cajones to convict him.

This is one of those time where I believe executive action is best. We want to to ban or severely restrict gain of function research but is anything happens we need to be able to move quickly, thats why I say executive action.
