Promises promises, this has been going on far too long. I am still waiting for my MST case to settle after 40 years. Have we learned nothing?

that Military Justice is not equal and that sexual harassment is frowned abound but frequently overlooked.

Problems at Hood began when the "powers that be" decided to fill it up as 'Nam was winding down. It may have been a rather dismal post in the old days, with 20,000 or so troops; by '72 it was a nightmare. Troop strength was fast approaching 40,000. A whole lot of them brought their families. Not only was Hood unprepared for the population growth, Central Texas was none too friendly, either.
About that time, the "powers that be" decided to make the military co-ed. Suddenly there were women in the morning formations.
Oh yeah, the problems at Hood are the stuff of legend.
