"CDCs no hat areas that should be left up to installation commanders."
It is: "Authorize installation commanders to designate Child Development Centers as a "no-hat, no-salute zone" in which salutes are not required when either person is carrying children."

CDC's no hat areas...that should be left up to installation commanders, not mother AF
Don't agree with cold weather headbands...what are we doing, going to yoga class?
To me if you have 4 badges thatmeans you can't hold a job...shouldn't even be 4 badges but that is just me.
I understand the patrol cap in FDU as thenew heavy FDU's are OCP in nature so it only looks right.
Logos on purses...MEH
Should have had an olive drab backpack all along...duh
logo on gym bags...Meh
Purchasing cold weather parkas outside of spplu chains will not lookuniform...bad idea.

Heritage ike patches - Good idea...heps us to remember where we came from.
Definiton of Uniform - Uni meaning one and Form meaning coming together Having always the same form, manner, or degree : not varying or variable.
equipment and usage for safety and functionality aside, beards are not uniform...we are supposed to look the same so we are distinct...that doesn't meet the criteria.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin - Point taken on the badges. I had enlisted aircrew wings, C2, Acquisition, Commander, and recruiting but recruiting could only be worn while actively in recruiting duty. I like the last point of wearing only what you are currently assigned to.

Personally, all those badges would be a nightmare on the uniform if you ask me. No more than two I would say.
