It's ironic that 13 years ago Vice President Biden was the liaison between the White House and Congress and they agreed to compromise and make cuts to spending to raise a debt ceiling..
Fast forward the future and President Biden is just the opposite and he's just a puppet of Bernie Sanders and those radicals in his party.
He wants the Republicans to look bad by saying that they are jeopardizing the US future when it's the Republicans who care about limited spending when the Democrats want to spend as much as they want and print as much money as they want. They have no fiscal restraint and they are just tax and spend Democrats who want to run the United States into the ground financially.
United States could be like France and have protests over being unable to pay full benefits for Social Security and military retirees because spending exceeds GDP because President Biden spends like a drunken sailor and cost self-inflicted inflation that caused the Silicon Valley Bank and others to go Belly Up.
President Biden prefers to buy oil from Venezuela or OPEC but he doesn't want to lower inflation by letting us produce more. He's even lying again saying that Congressional bill hr1 is going to endanger the American oil supply when it's actually domestic oil supply and domestic production restrictions taken away by President Biden who's one of the Apostles of the Church of the green New Deal and who promises to destroy the oil and energy industry.
President Biden is a hypocrite and he doesn't want to negotiate like he did when he was vice president under President Obama. He is too beholden to the leftist Fanatics in his party.
Democrats blame MAGA Republicans but speaker McCarthy invited or asked President Biden for another meeting and President Biden blew him off.
So much for President Biden talking about diversity, inclusion and equity.
Larry Kudlow and Larry Summers are Republican and Democrat economists who've been critiquing President Biden and the White House since January of 2021. Every time President Biden gets called out on this, he doubles down and he's a stubborn as a mule.

I'd be moved if not for the fact that for over half of that 13 years the GOP controlled the spending.

Yes Newt Gingrich and President Biden did get compromises over a decade ago. But spending wouldn't have been so bad had it not been for covid-19. I know it's doubled but President Biden has added 6 trillion dollars since he took office and he wants to add 5 trillion more in spending and he wants to regulate more, tax more and what he proposes still gives China an advantage because they can do things cheaper. President Biden doesn't give us or doesn't get businesses even half a chance to make money so they can generate more tax revenue, instead, he punishes success and tells companies to pay their fair share when the top 5% of income earners pay over 50% of the tax but we are not talking about people who have a sense of reality nor economics 101 that's why you have Larry Summers on the Democrat side and other economists worked for democratic presidents calling BS on President Biden and his budget. Republicans are partly guilty because I did get along with a couple of these bills that were atrocious. That's why I have said that it's a mutual issue but now that we have the house and control, the public affairs officer in the White House and President Biden will keep lying but the budget Accounting Office will show that they are full of cow dung!

I agree, Senator Joe manchin thought it was going to get a pipeline deal if he went along with the left of Vladimir Lenin Democrats and he got screwed over. He was Voting with the Republicans to keep spending at Bay but he tried to compromise and they screwed him over and today he's raising holy hell on President Biden. I only have one slide to show you but this is on the covid relief bill that was 9% toward covid and 91% to pay back Democrat donors and get money to universities that charge 10 times the inflation rate. President Biden then gave more money to donors by illegally trying to have the US government subsidize some of these outstanding student loans that go multi for people who are going for Masters and Doctorate Degrees and who will be able to pay for it. Also, the inflation reduction act which is orwellian definition. Has 360 billion dollars going to help climate change mitigation by buying Hardware made in China with coal fired power plants making the hardware or gliding countries to switch to Green energy and now the government Accounting Office is saying the 360 billion is going to be more like 1.2 trillion. So the Democrats are lying to us. Yes, Republicans went along but now they're getting screwed because President Biden will not compromise even though he was compromising his vice president a decade ago.

Voice text error, the 360 billion of the inflation reduction act also has money to bribe other countries to switch over to Green energy. I think the US is bribing Indonesia to get away from coal.

Actually I think the most important thing financially is the China-Brazil deal where they agreed to use the Yuan to purchase each other's good instead of the US dollar. This just may cause the collapse of the dollar and we'll become no better than Venezuela economically.
