My continuing position is that most of these shootings could be avoided if we keep weapons out of the hands of criminals and the mentally disturbed, and if we placed armed guards in schools. As far as "assault rifles" are concerned, less than 3% of multiple shootings involve "assault rifles". (And most of the anti-gun crowd cannot offer a rational definition of what an assault rifle actually means.) Almost all of the shootings involve semi-auto pistols. How many millions of those weapons are in circulation in America, just on the black market?
The sad fact is that many "trans" individuals have mental issues. The recent shooting in Tennessee was also the product of a teenage male who "identified" as a female and who also apparently endured unhappy experiences at the school where he murdered people.

Have you noticed that most of the shootings have been by trans men ? The Facebook pages of recent shooters have pictures of the shooter in a dress .

And apparently several of these self-defined "women" mass shooters were taking revenge on people from their previous school or workplace. Several of them felt they had been subjected to unhappy experiences and apparently wanted to get even.
