Llama owner blames Portland police dog for livestock death

The dog should have been better restrained , shipmate PO1 William "Chip" Nagel , due to this negligent act, the owner of the llama should be reimbursed for the value of the animal, and and profits lost from the material that would be sold from the animal,i.e. any yarn, or clothing made from said yarn.
