Exercise does SO MUCH for us. IMHO it is absolutely not a coincidence that we have seen SO MANY psychological and mental health problems, not to mention the physical health ones, go up as we have become a more sedentary society.

It is also no coincidence that Scandinavia- long ranking above us in most happiness and mental health metrics - has a very strong tradition of exercise. Hell, half of Norway SKIS TO WORK in the winter.
