Missouri is 3 months into recreational weed sales. How is it going so far?

Between recreational and medical marijuana, Missouri hit $350 million in sales in the first three months since the state began allowing dispensaries to sale legal weed. Yet cannabis business owners say those numbers could be even higher since cultivators and manufacturers aren’t working at max capacity.
Hippos Cannabis has a 40,000-square-foot production facility in Vienna, Mo., a town of 600 people that’s just 30 minutes north of Rolla.
Since Missouri’s recreational marijuana sales began in February, they’ve added 25 workers, bringing the total employees to 70 — who come from Vienna or the surrounding communities.
“A lot of the employees were born and raised and went to high school in Vienna, and now they’re all working together,” said Nicholas Rinella, CEO of Hippos which also includes three dispensaries throughout Missouri. “So it’s a real community at the facility.”

I would disagree SSG Dennis R.. Both Washington State and Arizona already allow recreational marijuana sales. The study listed below would seem to indicate that not only has the impact of the legalization of marijuana been bad for vehicle crash rates which are up as much as 18%, but that fatalities in some states have increased by as much as 4%.

I approve of clinical/medical use of MJ and not for recreational use as the most common clinical presentation is poly sub abuse. MJ is a CNS depressant and when combined with alcohol is causes acute organic brain syndrome (OBS).
