Why does everyone have the notion marijuana is not addictive. It is plain and simple. My grandchildren tell me when you hear a young person asking another “if they smoke” they are speaking about marijuana, not tobacco cigarettes.

The problem is, we knew/said this would happen. Instead, we listened to folks make rationalizations through alcohol equivalencies and such while providing unsubstantiated "studies," coupled with the prevailing pot user's "perspectives." Just as we are successfully managing cigarettes to far lower numbers of people picking the habit up, we then go ahead and add more stupidity into the mix with pot.
