Parents in Chattanooga, Tennessee boldly confronted the Hamilton County School Board and its Superintendent Justin Robertson "for caving to Moms (Against) Liberty-led bullying and canceling a librarian’s Mother's Day lesson inclusive to kids without moms," The Tennessee Holler tweeted on Sunday.
Moms for Liberty (which the paper dinged as "against") is a right-wing organization that campaigns against social progress and civil rights. Media Matters for America pointed out in November 2021 that the non-profit has deep connections to the Republican Party and "has county-specific chapters across the country that target local school board meetings, school board members, administrators, and teachers." Moms for Liberty also promoted "stripping districts of protective COVID-19 measures" and seeks to "modify classroom curriculum to exclude the teaching of 'critical race theory' (CRT) and sex education, all in the name of 'parental rights.cha

The problem here is that the right has been silent and just taken whatever the left has dished out over the years in the spirit of trying to keep peace. Well, the right has had enough of pushing things on our kids that we don't want them exposed to especially in middle school or worse elementary school. CRT is a sham...erasing parts of history to emphasize others. I am all for teaching about those who don't have mothers or thse that aren't blessed with the ability to have children. I am not for teaching kids about two dads and which one is the mother role or two moms and which one is the dad role. You can't be a mother unless you can give birth...That is science...follow the science you on the left. Websters definition of a mother "moth·er - a FEMALE parent i.e. SHE'S the mother of three small children." The right is finally speaking out and all of the sudden we are domestic terrorists, bullies, xenophobes, hmophobes, narcissist, mysogynists, et al. You see that is what the left does...no substance start the name calling. Well the right is now coming out and standing up for what we beleive is right...name call allyou want but we will stand up for what we believe in!

LTC Trent Klug - The real bullies are the ones that are trying to force this down our throats...things we as taxpayers and more importantly PARENTS don't want our kids taught. Yes...we as parents do have a say regardless of what some of these governments state.

Even the left leaning Media Bias Fact Check says this about alternet.org "Overall, we rate AlterNet far-Left Biased based on story selection and wording that favors the left. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to a failed fact check and the promotion of pseudoscience."
They've had hard-hitting news reports like "Yes, All White People Are Racists -- Now Let's Do Something About It" (yes, including you white Democrats) and such. Typical partisan garbage site. I think someone on the right posting something from InfoWars would have more credibility than this digital rag.

And those measures for C-19 stayed in place long after their usefulness had passed and were an excuse for not teaching kids academic skills.
