SFC Casey O'Mally - I believe it could be a bit more complicated than your analysis. My mother was very good at hiding her memory loss, and she could laugh at things. There is also personality type. President Biden has been a bully and worse his entire life, we have witnessed it many times over the years. I am sure he can, and will, laugh and be flip in any situation where he perceives he is one up on anyone. No memory needed. MHO
