I reckon I'm pleased with the 1911 that I have. It's my understanding that the Norinco1911A1 .45 ACP is the last of the military style 1911A1's to be made from forged steel. Every other manufacturer, including Colt has been making them from cast steel, since the 1970's! Shoots as good as a Colt or any other .45ACP! You won't break this gun from shooting!

SSG William Jones That the important parts are stainless gives me good feelings. Stainless is a touch harder and will have been CNC'd from a solid block. no worries about casting defects.
