New legislation: COLA (Cost of Living Allowance) set to increase for January 2024 VA beneficiaries. COLA will be equal to the COLA applied by the SSA.

Means the world to disabled veterans, especially those suffering from acute PTSD which comes with insomnia, depression, anxiety attacks, and behavioral issues to mention a few additional, yet associated disabilities.
How can veterans convince VA of associated disabilities, when VA classifies "Persistent Dermatitis" or "Psoriasis" as fungal infections, instead of treati it as an incurable autoimmune disorder? If you know the way, kindly share your knowledge with other veterans who need it.
