Good afternoon LTC Eugene Chu. Excellent post. Thank You for sharing this Sir. This is alarming, because a lot of states are seeing an increase in rent and mortgage payments. This goes true for Jacksonville, FL, where the average rent for one bedroom is about $1,100.
