St. Louis County to give out overdose reversal drug naloxone at libraries

I conduct extensive clinical research on addiction. Naloxone saves lives! At the same time it enables users to continue to abuse; thus it remains controversial.
Recovery is a marathon and not a sprint. A working therapeutic alliance over time is the critical intervention.
