I Gotta Admit, This IS Cute But, As She IS a Doctor, She Can Better Issue Herself The Exam Than Any Other Doctor. In Fact, Even With NO Training, I Should Have.. VA Has Misdiagnosed And Improperly, Prescribed The Wrong Medications On A Regular Basis, Which Damned Near Killed Me.....,

While We Were Out To Lunch, I Congratulated Him For His Recent Achievement; Jim Turned To Me And Stated: "Rick, You DO Know What That PhD Stands For, Don't You?... As I Began To Reply, Jim Broke In And Says:
