In my 81 years of life, I have seen enough death to ever wish that on anyone, even though I know it is inevitable. However, in this case, the man is just calling for life in prison if convicted. Life without parole.
I do agree with certain phrases used in this article:
"You should get life in prison if you attempt a coup, "
"Obeidallah argued a life in prison sentence would send the message to the public that "you can’t do this.""
"That’s why I think Donald Trump or anyone else who commits a coup, *********because either we’re going to protect the democratic republic, or we’re going to allow people, in this case, Trump, to chip away at our democracy and chip away at what we believe in these institutions," "
Anytime there is a proven authoritarian move to usurp our Constitution, overrule our elections, and violate our established laws, there must be severe consequences.

Whitmer, Cuomo, Hocul: suspended their entire state's 5th amendment rights (freedom of movement).
Fauci: I will grant did not directly defy Constitution. He just broke multiple laws then lied to Congress and the public. Then pushed for OTHERS to violate the Constitution.
Grisham just declared the 2A null and void in part of her state. Violating both US and NM Constitutions.
And Adams has violated 4A so many times I cannot even count by forcing hotels to house homeless. Plus the multiple 2A violations.

MSG Stan Hutchison and it is just your opinion that Trump made an authoritarian move to usurp our Constitution. When in fact there is more evidence of those governors and Biden going authoritarian than there is Trump doing so. There is more evidence of them violating the Constitution than there is of Trump doing so.

Too extreme, if found guilty of Election Fraud in the Georgia case he would be rendered ineligible to run for office by the 14th Amendment as stated in a previous article. Just my opinion.
