She seems to lack a basic understanding of the US Constitution and issuing illegal orders in direct violation of that document. What needs to be concentrated on is Criminals that used firearms to commit crimes against others be it murder, robbery or other criminal act in violation of the law These individuals need to be punished and public officials and failure of the court system haven't carried out their duties to protect the public in far to many instances. Nothing like blaming the victims, the public and making them a bigger target from criminals Who won't obey and laws let alone decrees from the Governor or any other public official. Focus on the criminals punishment including removal from society be it jail or execution.

Gov. Grisham needs to be arrested and prosecuted for abusing authority.
