The voters did not want Biden to do a worse job at a withdrawal than Vietnam and Trump was out of office for over 7 months before that. It was all Biden that made the decision to withdraw despite generals and intelligence saying otherwise.

MSG (Join to see) - Biden was complying with the agreement Trump made, just extending the date of withdrawal. Presidents usually do so.
As I posted, I cannot support the how, but I do support the why.

That isn't fully true.
-The agreement Trump struck mandated that a withdrawal would be made if the Taliban abided by certain conditions including not attacking any allied forces and severing connections with Al-Quaeda. In December 2020, the defense IG released a report that the Taliban had violated both of those conditions as well as several others making the agreement null and void.
-Then several intelligence agencies reported foreign fighters flooding into the country around that same time period.

I thought this thread was about the House GOP.

Technically, that's two things.
