The article doesn't give much on the backstory, what were the circumstances other than him sitting in his truck in his driveway? How much of a threat was he in that situation? Where was the cop standing and was the vehicle in gear, was he producing a firearm or other weapon? Also, did he wave a jury trial? Too much I don't know to have an opinion but I do know most anyone else would be sitting in prison if in his shoes. Kind of busy today but am making a note to look for more info on this to satisfy my curiosity lol
