Chicago has 50 wards. 47 of the aldermen representing the residents of Chicago are democrats. Despite what the article says, none of them are republicans. the 3 non-democrats are independents.

Democrats are all about taking care of others when it gets them votes but when they actually have to do it they bail. Black on black crime is the worst in blue cities because they promise to take care of them when really they just want to control them.
