PV2 Larry Sellnow lol. “Provocation”. They support antisemites, terrorism and human shields. Hamas needs to be wiped off this earth and their supporters need mental help or the same fate.

Sgt Tim Kretzschmar - Israel created Hamas. Hamas wouldn't exist without Israel. The Israeli government created, funded and backed Hamas for years to try to keep the PLO out. Until 2019, Netanyahu supported Hamas. So just stop already.

Israel's government has been using the IDF as their own gestapo for 75 years to try to wipe out the Palestinians. Israel could have been anywhere else - that area wasn't even the first choice to send the Jews after WWII. But no one else wanted them. Prior to Israel, existing, Jews and Arabs and Christians all lived in that area and got along.

Hamas is a terrible group and no one disputes that all. You just can't ignore why they exist. And they only exist because of Israel. Just like AQ only exists because of the US - and ISIS only exists because the US created the breeding grounds for it and AQ. Superpowers need to stop thinking that using terrorists to do their dirty work isn't going to backfire on them someday.

I just don't know what more you need to see that the Israeli government is in the wrong with what they've been doing to Palestinians. If they truly know Hamas is "using human shields" why aren't they doing more targeted attacks? Using SF? Let's use this "Logic" that they have to bomb hospitals and refugee camps to oblivion because "Hamas is hiding among" the chlidren, women, etc. Imagine using the logic when there's a mass shooter - especially in a school. We know the shooter is in the school and using kids as human shields. So if we use the Israeli government"logic" we need to bomb the entire school and the kids are "collateral damage" just to get that one shooter. Do you really think that would go over so well? No.

Criticizing the Israeli government is not anti-semitic. Also Palestinians are Semites too so...all the people wishing them to no longer exist are anti-semitic. It's so weird how people react when black and brown people are being persecuted vs white people...

I'm still waiting for all the "pro life" people to come out and condemn Israel for murdering babies and children. Babies in the NICU dying...oh wait they're born so they don't matter. But what about the pregnant women being murdered? Oh wait they're Arab so they don't matter.

It's just mind boggling to see war crimes happening in real time and some people are like "meh collateral damage." or "that's what they get for supporting Hamas." Even though they don't support Hamas. There hasn't been an election since 2006 - so that means that the half of the population that is 18 or under has never had a choice in voting for anything. Or that anyone there has any choice with them being "in power."

I can't wait for the typical replies I get on this though. Never surprised by who responds to me though.

..."One hospital still stands, according to aid and the U.N.
As northern Gaza's hospitals go dark, one facility remains: Al-Ahli Hospital, according to the U.N. and Palestinian health officials.

Through spotty connection over Zoom late Sunday, British-Palestinian Dr. Ghassan Abu Sitta told the press and international medical community that he is treating patients in a nearly impossible situation at Al-Ahli.

Sitta was speaking in a call organized by the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.

He said the hospital was dealing with more than 500 wounded and has just three operating rooms, no access to a blood bank, no morphine or ketamine to help patients deal with pain and physically and mentally exhausted staff.

"You know, I did an amputation on a 6-year-old yesterday, her arm and her leg. My colleagues were working in the other room on a kid with shrapnel in his abdomen," Sitta said. "And colleagues told me he has no surviving family. So now the family in the bed next to his are looking after him."

He compared the situation facing the doctors and nurses at the hospital to what medical staff were dealing with in World War I.

He said, "The situation is beyond dire."
