Tha EV idea is fantasy, at least until there are vast improvements to the entire U.S. electrical grids. What's even more concerning, or should be, is the preposterous idea ov EV tractor trailer rigs. There is no way whatsoever that they can be used with our current electricity limitations, anywhere.
The adage, "follow the money," comes to mind. Add to those concerns that China is the primary supplier of the batteries. Meanwhile, the Biden administration talks about converting government vehicle fleets, including the military, to EV's. China and Russia both sit and watch as the U.S. self-destructs.
