CPL LaForest Gray - But the left accepts BURNING the flag as protesting! California years back arrested a man because he went by a store and it was displaying the Mexico flag above the US flag and he took ti down and reversed them...got arrested for civil disobedience.

STILL NO GUILTY COUNTS and he should be on a ballot and let the people decide. Bad precedent to set when you take CURRENT law abiding not guilty citizens off the ballto cause you know you can't beat them. Their premise is that he incited an insurrection when there are no charges that have found him guilty yet. When/if they do then yes but until then he should be on the ballot. IF the roles were reversed on Biden because of his so called pay to play accusations, not crimes yet, then it would be rioting in the streets. This is not how we want our democratic process to work...very slpppery slope IMHO!!

CPL LaForest Gray - Dismissed=NOT GUILTY until proven so!!! THat is our Democratic due process at least for now until Biden and the left change it. Even Pelosistated that Rump has a chance to prove his innocence...did you hear that his innocence. Courts have the duty to prove guilt...innocent until proven guilty. All this goin aftger Trump maybe true maybe not but until he is found guilty he is innocent or should be inthe eyes of the law...therefore he should be on the ballot until if or when that comes to fruition!

Nancy Pelosi - "The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right."

Ms. Pelosi mistakenly says that Trump can prove his innocence at trial. Law in the US assumes the innocence of a defendant and the prosecution must prove guilt for a conviction.

This is why I call for the disbanding of BOTH parties and a re-boot of the system. Congress has a 15% approval rating, but still, the same people get reelected...what is that? Everyone in Congress sucks EXCEPT my guy?
NO.... Ditch EVERYONE that has been up there over 20 years, enact term limits, and make laws so that NO ONE can get rich off of being in Congress...Or the bureaucracy that feeds off the chafed, chapped, and sore public teat.

Ok right off the bat Fox News LIED big time. Under Main election law a hearing must be held and both sides must present their arguments. Here is part of their election law on that.

They followed the process and the only thing you have to complain about about is your party failed in their argument.

SFC (Join to see) - What you are overlooking is that so far under the laws of the states that have removed Trump that the Burden of Due process and equal protection in section 1 of the 14th Amendment have been met. Trump's lawyers presented their case before the court in Colorado and under Mains election laws to the Secy. of State who held hearings as required by state law which allows for both sides to present their cases.

SGT (Join to see) - What kind of due process did President Trump receive in these states? Basically none. He was not convicted of the formal charge of Insurrection with a chance to make his defense to a jury. It appears the states "do not" have not right to enforce the 14th Amendment, it was reserved for Congress. As I pointe doit to LTC Broom Section 5 reads: "The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article." Like I said to LTC Broom it will be interesting to see the ruling from the SCOTUS.
