This is a tangent. People are allowing beavers to do what they do best - make dams. In this process they are changing the geography even in desert climates and transforming land to retain water which propagate plants and animals. This mitigates the impact of droughts and facilitate refilling aquafiers. This is a good thing.

Where there are no beavers people have created small dams and ponds which mimic to a degree what the beavers achieve. I believe the philosophy is to prevent flash floods and slow down and capture the water. This is a process where people are trying to turn barren or desert like places into lands that are fertile and support flora and fauna. Countries around the world are adopting this process to turn barren and desert lands into fertile lands. My dam ramblings are done.

I found a Medal of Honor series on Tubi that is interesting. It’s free to watch. Google Tubi and search “Medal of honor”.
