"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

This amendment emphasizes that the listing of certain rights in the Constitution should not be interpreted as exhaustive, and that individuals retain other rights not explicitly mentioned. It serves as a reminder that there are fundamental rights inherent to the people, even if not specifically outlined in the Constitution.

Only Congress has the power to make laws. Mandates made by technocrats, bureaucrats and corrupt politicians or Alphabet Soup Secret Squirrel Shadow Warrior Spooks are not Constitutional.
