FBI is lucky I was not the judge. Because I would have ruled:
1) FBI returns every single piece of property. FBI pays triple value for seized property that cannot be located THEN
2) FBI pays each citizen whose property was seized the value of all property seized on top of returning property THEN
3) FBI pays each citizen whose rights they violated a $1,000,000 penalty THEN
4) Each and every agent, supervisor, or attorney involved with the seizure (aside from the filing of the original warrant or acting as defense counsel in the trial) - basically everyone who executed or allowed this violation - is PERSONALLY fined $1,000,000 THEN
5) Each and every agent, supervisor or lawyer (all those from 4, above) is barred from having any position of public trust.

I would also rule that all personal fines MUST be paid by the individual, and are not allowed to be covered by insurance or by the agency, and that all agency fines MUST be paid from that field office's operating budget.

And after all of that, then I would refer the case over to the DA from criminal charges.

Until both the agencies AND the agents feel the pain of their abuse of US - not even abuse of power, this is abuse of citizens - until they feel that pain, they will continue.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Man that is some weapons-grade TDS you got going there, Stan.

Is it *really* your contention that Trump personally knew and signed off on this operation?

This story has *nothing* to do with Trump. Nada. But hey, if you can FIND a way to attack Trump, why not? Amiright?

SFC Casey O'Mally - I have posted many time my disdain for that conman and my fear for our country if he ever got back in power.
My post above is in answer to all the right-wing attacks on the FBI.

They all need to be fired. Those who believed that only the top of the DOJ and the FBI were corrupt, sorry to have to let you know, it's far more than that
