This does neither side any good. Many of those they are talking about are former military . The comedian seems to think people would not have the ability to hack, jam or otherwise defend against an attack. Let's look at recent history. Peasants we lost to, tribes we lost to Never ever sell your enemy short and think they cannot bring a war to your front door or you are to powerful to lose. Only stupid people think that way.
