Benedict, a nonbinary 16-year-old Owasso High School student, died in February the day after a fight with three girls in a school bathroom. While police have said Benedict didn't die of trauma, the final autopsy report has not been released.

We all know the broad picture of what happened. Prosecute those girls as adults

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Nex... who family and friends say identified as nonbinary... died on February 8... a day after they told their family they were involved in a fight with other students at Owasso High School...
