I was not aware that Arms Dealers and/or Manufacturers were "Intentionally" targeting sales to minors or those who were not legally allowed to possess a firearm, or an illegal modification.

Well then your not from California .......Where a law was enacted that forbid Hunter safety classes for minors that was required by the state for minors to hunt, or the same law that forbid the instruction of minors in in firearms education in any form, nor allowed anyone to speak about firearms in front of miors as that would be viewwd as "encourging" them.

Any firearms ad that includes a minor anywhere in the scene or that involves an activity that looks like it might be fun for minors is "targeting sales to minors" according to laws in several blue states that copied California
