Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Vs Outback Steakhouse: Which Is Better?

LTC Eugene Chu frequent Texas Roadhouse... like other items instead of steak... although my wife gets a good steak.

I had one of the best steaks I have had in months at Texas Road House last night. It was cooked perfectly, very juicy and tender. I do know folks that much prefer Outback to Texas Road House though.
